turn on the level regulator in the figure, turn left to turn on the receiver, turn right to turn off the receiver . The operation is very simple

ON - OFF the receiver:

The receiver Switch ON AND OFF. Long press the button for about 5 seconds  to turn off the receiver , and lightly press it to turn on the receiver

0 - 9 Vibration Level Choice:

Press and hold the button B on the left and rotate A to select the vibration level, 0 - 9 for you to choose. The three buttons on the left are channel select, static level and vibration level. There are different levels of electric shock from 0 - 99.
